Service Sales Contract Specialist

Job Summary:

Cepheid is seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Contract Analyst to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for managing all service contracts in Brazil, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all service contracts in Brazil, ensuring timely execution and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Service Sales Specialists and customers to negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company goals are met.
  • Process purchase orders for service contracts, including service calls, preventative maintenance events, and service contract quotations.
  • Review and share contract documentation with all parties involved, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with the Brazil Senior Regional Service Manager to ensure seamless contract management and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced Customer Service, Field Service Support, or Sales Admin role in the Medical Device industry or high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Portuguese fluency (written and spoken) and intermediate English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce).
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, including phone and email communication.
