Brazil Projects Finance Leader

Job Summary:

The primary focus of this role is financial lead of Brazil Projects unit, focusing on optimal performance and profitability through project execution.

  • Lead site execution of projects finance activities, coordinating planning, pacing, and closing activities.
  • Own P&L and balance sheet activities, including project cost accounting, inventory controls, projects fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
  • Develop specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.

This leadership role requires a strong finance background with experience as Project Finance Controller. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business from an accredited college or university is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as best practice/quality resource.
  • Has deeply awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
  • Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years as People Leader.
  • Knowledge of accounting/regulatory/tax policies and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, Clear thinking/problem solving ability.
