Key Responsibilities:- System Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain computers, operating systems, and user applications to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Network Management: Maintain and manage computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and the Internet.
- Windows Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, and WSUS.
