Acquiring High-Value Clients

The purpose of this role is to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals into our Priority Banking segment.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. To acquire new clients on deposit, loans, and selected corporate salary-based criteria.
  2. To acquire priority clients from affluent alliances, databases, mini catchment promotions, referral programs, etc.
  3. To increase product holdings per customer by effective cross-selling of financial solutions, increasing revenue and meeting Net Sales Revenue targets.
  4. To participate in marketing and promotional activities for client acquisition.
  5. To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention, Know Your Customer, and Customer Due Diligence procedures as per group regulations and local regulators.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in client acquisition/management in the service industry (preferably from a financial/banking industry).
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Negotiation and objection handling skills for high-net-worth individuals.
  4. Customer orientation and sales-focused personality.
  5. Results-oriented, target-driven personality.
  6. Excellent business acumen in business risk assessment.
  7. A professional qualification or degree related to Sales and Marketing.
