Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
">About the Job:
">This role is responsible for managing the execution of customer programs and driving account growth through operational excellence. As a key partner in the overall growth strategy, you will ensure high-quality delivery of programs and solutions, identify new opportunities, and provide solutioning and work estimates.
">The primary focus is on medium-sized projects with familiar business units' processes and IT systems. These projects often involve teams of 10-15 people that are cross-functional in nature, with a focus on enhancements to existing commercial practices.
