Excel in a dynamic environment where you drive demand review processes and cadence to improve forecast accuracy. Leverage market intelligence to inform the demand plan at various levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Enhance forecast accuracy by driving regular demand reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into the demand plan.
- Analyze performance of statistical and consensus forecasts to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply exception management and root cause analysis to address forecast deviations.
- Monitor demand plan performance by measuring actual vs. planned results at multiple planning levels.
- Professional Experience: Possess at least 5 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, or Master Planning.
- Education: Hold a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, or business administration.
- Data Analysis: Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data-driven decision-making to optimize inventory levels.
- Communication: Showcase effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams, negotiate with suppliers, and present complex ideas to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Exhibit the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement strategies to resolve inventory-related issues.
