Latin America Payroll Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Latin American region. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing employee data from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Process payrolls for various countries into the payroll platform, handling all employees' monthly queries and providing exceptional service via Service Now.
- Validation and Reconciliation: Check and validate payroll outputs, perform month-end reconciliation, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Maintain close relationships with Expedia partners (HR Operations, Finance/Accounting, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment etc.) to guarantee collaboration at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in payroll legislation and employment law in multiple LATAM countries.
- Skillset: Knowledge of a payroll system, familiar with Workday HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and experience in project management would be an advantage.
- Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese is required, and fluency in Spanish is a plus.
