The Technical Support Professional is a critical role within the organization, responsible for delivering technical expertise and support to various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to customers, account managers, and internal teams via phone, email, or web-conferencing.
- Making industry-specific product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Remotely troubleshooting and resolving installation or application issues.
- Conducting technical evaluations of conveying systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyzing conveyor design and providing recommendations to optimize performance.
- Running engineering analysis using proprietary software to inform decision-making.
- Providing technical training to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Utilizing sales and support skills to offer value-added products and services to customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in industrial sales or support, with a focus on industrial equipment specification.
- Availability to travel for training purposes, with predictable and scheduled commitments.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and CAD (2D and 3D).
- Advanced Spanish and intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
