The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Account Manager to oversee a designated Client portfolio, serving as the primary commercial point of contact. Your role is pivotal in ensuring client success on our global marketplace by facilitating regular transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and aligning with their business goals
  • Forge and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing satisfaction and revenue generation
  • Embed xChange into clients' daily operations, driving increased transactions
  • Develop a sustainable portfolio and communicate strategies for ROI and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure support for your accounts
Requirements
  • Prior experience managing large SMB portfolios, ideally within a Marketplaces/SaaS/logistics environment
  • Expertise in developing and nurturing professional B2B relationships, understanding client needs and expectations
  • A true hunter at heart, enthusiastic about jumping on calls daily, actively seeking opportunities, and pursuing new business potential
  • A proactive self-starter with a high-energy drive and hands-on approach, ready to dive into challenges and drive rapid growth
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills
