Business Development Manager LATAM

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the LATAM market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with potential clients and industry players, and spearheading negotiations and contracts with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and brand recognition in LATAM.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the LATAM iGaming industry, including potential clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and competitor activity, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of B2B online Casino experience, ideally selling gaming content directly or working with aggregators.
  • A well-established network and reputation within the iGaming sector.
  • Preferably based in Brazil.
  • A strong commercial mindset and proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish skills as a plus.
  • A deep understanding of the LATAM gaming market.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Strong self-management and reporting skills.
  • A positive, honest attitude that fits the open company culture.
The Offer:

We are offering a competitive salary of $3000 to $5000 monthly, plus 2% commission on all new business. A 13th months salary is contemplated as a bonus, taking into reference the most lucrative month.

This position is fully remote from LATAM.
