We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workforce Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Global Support Operations Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our workforce across multiple regions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management, forecasting, and analysis. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand summaries.
You will work closely with our LATAM Workforce Manager to develop and implement operational excellence initiatives across our BPO network. This is an exciting opportunity to build WFM processes from the ground up and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent English (spoken and written) required
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience in Google Sheets/Excel
- 3+ years of workforce management or forecasting experience
- 2+ years of working in customer service, investment banking, consulting, analytical or related experience
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently
