We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Parts Growth Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on enterprise parts growth targets and driving sales-to-users (STUs) growth for the aftermarket services business in line with the Electric Power Division's strategy.

About the Job
  • Develop and implement aftermarket solutions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with dealers to optimize sales force and sales processes effectiveness
  • Leverage opportunity management systems and processes to Caterpillar's benefit
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive STUs growth for the aftermarket services business
  2. Deliver annual total business plans for assigned dealer territories
  3. Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement aftermarket solutions
Requirements
  • Leadership and guidance skills to optimize dealer sales force and sales processes
  • Ability to leverage opportunity management systems and processes
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
