You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient onboarding of drivers onto our platform while leading initiatives to grow our fleet of branded vehicles. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality standards and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize driver onboarding process to ensure efficiency, compliance, and positive experience.
  • Develop strategies to increase adoption of branded stickers on driver vehicles.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to driver verification and conversion to branded sticker vehicles.
  • Collaborate with teams to design campaigns that encourage driver participation.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements to enhance driver satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout onboarding and vehicle branding processes.
  • Support and organize driver-related events, workshops, and training sessions.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in contact center operations, logistics, or partner driver management.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of local transport regulations (a plus).

- Fluent in English.
