The Driver Operations role is crucial in ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth by maintaining high-quality standards in driver onboarding and vehicle branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversight and optimization of the driver onboarding process for efficiency, compliance, and positive experience.
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase branded sticker adoption on driver vehicles.
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators related to driver verification and conversion to branded sticker vehicles.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Operations teams to design campaigns encouraging driver participation.
- Identification of operational gaps and proposal of process improvements for enhanced driver satisfaction and retention.
- Adherence to safety and quality standards throughout onboarding and vehicle branding processes.
- Support and organization of driver-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assistance in managing the driver support team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in contact center operations, logistics, or partner driver management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of local transport regulations and onboarding processes (a plus).
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
