Human Resources Professional

This role is designed to support the organization in its human resource functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Generalist will provide guidance and support to leaders and employees across departments, coordinating payroll operations and collaborating with Finance on tax and auditing inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, labor compliance, and HR best practices. They will also possess analytical skills, great communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday or SAP, plus Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support talent decisions including new hires, promotions, transfers, and compensation
  2. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and L&D to meet leadership and employee development needs
  3. Address and resolve employee relations issues with thorough and objective investigations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor compliance, and HR best practices
  • Analytical mindset with great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools like Workday or SAP, plus Excel and PowerPoint
