Key Responsibilities- Lead groups of travelers on 2-3 week all-country trips in Brazil, providing guidance, support, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Brazil as a travel destination, including its culture, history, and attractions.
- Collaborate with our operations team to plan and execute tours, ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage group dynamics, ensuring that all travelers have a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that they are within the approved budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and partners, ensuring that our tours are delivered to the highest standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continually improving our tour offerings and services.
- Advanced knowledge of the German language (C2 level) for communication with clients, as well as fluency in Spanish.
- Valid permissions to work as a tour guide in Brazil.
- First Aid Certification (CPR and Heimlich maneuver).
- Extensive knowledge of Brazil as a travel destination and a passion for sharing it with others.
- Interest in sustainable, local, and authentic travel.
- Engaging, reliable, and well-organized personality.
- Good health, high energy level, and positive attitude.
- Practical experience using internet, e-mails, and Google platforms.
- Previous experience as a tour director or guide, particularly in Brazil.
- Opportunity to participate in further education and training for tour directors within our company.
