In this role as a Business Development Executive - Global Infrastructure Opportunities, you will be part of our team that prospect new business opportunities, analyze and qualify leads, approach potential customers, and schedule meetings with Club directors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Map and identify new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector;
- Analyze and evaluate leads received from various sources;
- Develop relationships with C-level executives to assess their needs and fit with our services;
- Schedule meetings between qualified contacts and Club directors;
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system;
- Monitor lead volume, scheduling, and conversion indicators to optimize processes and improve results.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering;
- A commercial background with experience in sales or business development;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships both internally and externally;
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required, while fluency in English is also essential;
- Ability to work 4 days on-site in Campinas and 1 day remotely.
