This is a captivating opportunity for an analytical professional to play a crucial role in our organization's sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain and automate recurring sales compensation reports and dashboards using Tableau to track performance against targets, identify trends and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance data, compensation plan effectiveness and quota attainment to provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership.
  • Identify data discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues, ensuring data integrity across all reporting.
  • Support the annual and ongoing sales compensation planning process through data modeling, impact analysis and scenario planning.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Extract, transform and load data from various sources, primarily utilizing SQL, to support compensation calculations and reporting.
  • Work extensively with Salesforce.com to extract sales performance data, understand sales hierarchies and validate compensation-related information.
  • Collaborate with IT and other cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance and HR to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and accurate data flow.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support to various stakeholders.
