We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Process payroll events, including additions, deletions, and changes;
- Validate and verify payroll data for accuracy and completeness;
- Perform daily tasks and prioritize workload as needed;
- Closure of payroll periods, including generation and validation of totals;
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
