Medical Strategy Coordinator

The ideal candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to discuss treatments, shaping behaviors and supporting informed decision making while identifying medical insights to inform our organization's strategy.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with community and academic healthcare professionals to change medical behavior through scientific knowledge exchange.
  • Conveying the value of product attributes related to innovation, such as efficacy, safety, effectiveness, adherence and quality of life, to gain endorsement with stakeholders.
  • Shaping medical practice by changing behaviors within the HCP community during pre-launch phases, preparing the healthcare environment and accelerating adoption.
  • Following up on education, adoption of new knowledge and identifying barriers to medical practice change for innovative products.
  • Responding to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals, investigators and health systems.
  • Integrating scientific data into real-life practice to meet customer needs.
  • Identifying potential sites and supporting recruitment when needed.
  • Executing medical field educational events focused on pipeline products close to launch.

Requirements

  • Scientific background in a relevant field.
  • Technical English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel 75% of the time.
  • Valid type B driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Skills in communicating effectively, stakeholder engagement, analytical reasoning, insight analytics and collaborating.
