We are looking for a skilled Project Sourcing Leader who will play a pivotal role in creating and executing optimal sourcing strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.


About the Role:
  • Develop and execute project sourcing strategies to enable growth, increase margin, and reduce costs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ITO (inquiry to order) with qualified supplier selection, competitive quoting, and award justification
  • Ensure high cost confidence through accurate and correct costs in tender submission
  • Lead supplier engagement workshops and qualifications
  • Identify and develop risk mitigation plans and opportunities with action owners and ensure closure of plan
  • Responsible for driving established optimized sourcing strategy of volume leverage and advance release linked to the BOP
  • Responsible for driving and achieving cost out initiatives and lead time optimization
  • Deliver handover to the execution team on contract award ensuring validity of strategy
  • Implementation of strategic agreements
  • Supplier performance reviews
