Your Role

You will be working closely with the Head of Engineering in a flat structure. As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will be responsible for building a self-service workflow execution system, implementing conditional logic, applying per-customer rules, and developing a dynamic call queue with predictive dialing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong software engineer with experience in building chat or voice-based products, including assistants and customer service agents.
  • Experience with agentic workflows, LLMs, Livekit, STT/TTS products, interruptions, VAD, Langchain, evaluation frameworks, latency optimization, RAG + vector databases, and multilingual voice systems.
  • Prior experience in startups, ability to operate in ambiguity, impact-oriented, flexible, bought into automated testing, strong communicator, and takes initiative.
