  • Create and execute on country operational and commercial growth strategy, including building the required infrastructure to support the company's growth.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years professional experience and knowledge of the Brazilian Payments Ecosystem.
  • Familiar with the Regulatory/ Bureaucratic requirements and reporting responsibilities.
  • Result oriented with a hands-on approach, Analytical / decision making skills and with Business acumen.
  • Creative and resourceful in overcoming barriers and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner.
  • Ability to work within and lead a cross functional team.
  • Ability to assimilate a large amount of information to identify data driven action plans.
  • Understanding of financial performance of the product portfolios.
  • Requires general business skills, financial management, planning skills and long-term vision.
  • Understands internal/external partners and customer needs, establishing credibility and building successful relationships.
  • Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian payments and regulatory requirements.
