A leading global organization seeks a seasoned Financial Services Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury, with a proven track record of navigating complex financial environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in high-impact projects focused on strategic financial planning, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement end-to-end solutions with a holistic view of the business, encompassing Front-to-Back-to-Risk considerations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including treasury, risk, operations, compliance, and technology.
- Support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems, driving business growth and profitability.
- 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, including fixed income, derivatives, FX, and trade finance.
- Comprehensive understanding of processes across the Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk functions.
- Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools, including risk engines and reconciliation systems.
- Solid communication, analytical thinking, autonomy, and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA); experience with financial software and systems.
