Project Management Position Overview

This is a challenging opportunity to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in high-profile environments such as data centres, hospitals, or infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with budget, quality, and schedule targets.
  2. Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
  3. Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor progress.
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  5. Coordinate technical reviews, design validations, and issue resolution.
  6. Manage change controls and support commercial teams in claims and EOT matters.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in complex construction or mission-critical environments.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction lifecycles, contract management, planning tools, and client engagement.
  • Expertise: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, control budgets, and manage fast-track delivery.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
