Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business Development

  • Manage regional portfolio lifecycle, coordinating phase-in/phase-out plans with R&D and Supply Chain to optimize the SKU portfolio.
  • Design and implement a channel structure and management program capable of delivering regional business objectives.
  • Develop customer driver insights within each channel to create specific offerings, marketing programs, and pricing strategies.
  • Own the regional pricing strategy, managing price lists, systems, and increases to achieve gross margin targets while monitoring competitive intelligence.
  • Support regional marketing execution and brand management, working with global marketing to customize campaigns for local needs.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives by promoting new offerings and partnering with Sales to develop playbooks for target vertical markets.
  • Lead commercial excellence efforts, improving sales resource effectiveness and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration and build a world-class regional marketing structure and talent pool.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or an Engineering discipline.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Marketing, Strategy, Product Management, or Business Development within leading B2B organizations in LATAM.
  • A proven track record of defining and executing successful go-to-market plans in complex multinational environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across diverse international markets with strong cultural awareness.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills with the capacity to work in a matrixed, multidimensional organization and influence global stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with core competencies in strategic marketing (market research, customer segmentation, strategic pricing).
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience in the Fire and Life Safety segment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities in a matrix environment.
  • Gravitas and comfort engaging with senior-level executives.
  • Advanced background in process improvement methodologies.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
