This role involves providing support to an individual with special needs, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual.
- Operate an automatic vehicle to transport the individual safely.
- Support the individual in meetings and handle various demands throughout the day.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the individual's privacy at all times.
- Valid license to drive automatic vehicles.
- Physical strength to perform daily assistance tasks.
- Experience working with individuals with physical limitations or special needs is valued but not mandatory.
- Prior experience as a caregiver or personal assistant is preferred.
- First aid training is a plus.
- Proactivity and ability to anticipate the needs of the individual.
- Understanding of OCD and importance of maintaining confidentiality.
