  • Our XM Success Team needs professionals who can help customers achieve optimal utilization and impact from our programs. As a Frontline Experience Expert, you will execute technical revisions to meet client technical needs and ensure they get the most out of our software.

You should be a tech-savvy professional who can explain complex information to non-technical people. You'll excel at nurturing client relationships and working cross-functionally with teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with XM Success Managers to prioritize and advocate for software feature enhancements.
  • Collaborate within Customer Units and leadership on high-level client relationships and technology solutions.
  • Become an expert in our platform capabilities and understand clients' needs.

You'll seamlessly integrate new product features into existing programs, identify implementation process improvements, determine root causes, and overcome roadblocks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a competitive university.
  • 2-5 years experience in a technical, consulting, or client-facing role.
  • A hard-working self-starter capable of running multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
