Quality professionals play a vital role in shaping the future of global customer care. As an experienced quality manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our organization.

We are looking for someone who can implement overarching quality missions and strategies, ensuring the adoption of open quality cultures across all assigned areas. Acting as a quality consultant for your own organization, you will handle local warranty topics as a second-level support, focusing on medium-voltage switchgears and vacuum circuit breakers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement overarching quality mission and strategy, ensuring implementation of an open quality culture in all assigned quality areas.
  2. Act as quality consultant for your own organization, handling local warranty topics as a second-level support.
  3. Define site activities with your team, including remote support, dispatching of technicians to customer sites, on-site product training, and delivery of spare parts.
  4. Evaluate critical topics and escalate them to Quality Management, reporting cases to the Global GCC Head.
  5. Report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as manpower assignment, budget, customer satisfaction, and more to the Global GCC Management.
  6. Work with the global GCC Head to ensure the implementation of QM&GCC strategy at your location for the aftersales market.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement measures on products and services with the Operations and R&D Team.
  8. A assure that all employees are trained regarding healthy and safety, focusing on onsite services.
  9. Be a partner to the plant manager, ensuring quality standards of SI EA within your location.
  10. Ensure all necessary certifications.
  11. Manage NCC Management.
  12. Directly report to the BU QM&GCC Quality Subfunction Manager.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in technical engineering or equivalent.
  • Five years of leadership experience.
  • At least five years of field experience/management business – preferably leadership experience and two-three years of service experience.
  • Familiarity with core quality methods like FMEA, 8D methodology, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why, and VSM.
  • Certified auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Knowledge of installation, maintenance, or repair for medium-voltage switch gears and circuit breakers.
  • Effective interpersonal, teamwork, networking skills, collaboration & conflict resolution skills.
