AI Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished AI strategist to join our team and drive innovation in AI solutions. As an AI strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' AI roadmaps, identifying opportunities for AI adoption, and developing actionable strategies to leverage AI in their business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with sales and business teams to identify client needs and develop compelling AI offerings;
  • Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions;
  • Design and lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using Generative AI and Predictive AI techniques;
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey;
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of delivering predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings;
  • Demonstrated consulting experience, including client-facing roles, pre-sales support, and fractional CTO work;
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, including OpenAI GPT and vector databases;
  • Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines using scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Prophet;
  • Strong communication skills, able to present to executives and business users, explain technical concepts, and tell compelling data stories;
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices is a plus;
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to kickstart projects, shape ambiguous goals, and move fast with confidence;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
