Unlock Your Potential as a B2B Sales Executive

At goFLUENT, we're on a mission to revolutionize the language learning market, and we're looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team in Sao Paulo City. As a key player in our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a vast prospect base and form partnerships with major players in the LMS, LXP, and e-learning content marketplace.

What You'll Do
  • Develop our Brazilian market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision-makers, and closing meetings.
  • Qualify and understand your prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
  • Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals.
  • Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services, and similar). Good to have SaaS and international experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
  • Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is a plus.
  • BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
  • Native level of Portuguese is a must, and advanced level of English is preferred.
