About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales department in São Paulo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing inbound sales requests concerning bookings of Tabas properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming property sales inquiries and handle requests generated from all online sales channels, offering clients the best accommodation solution based on their needs;
  • Support the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics;
  • Interact and negotiate with clients, helping them understand the business and solve any queries they may have;
  • Attend occasional visits in apartments when needed;
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline in our CRM.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or account management is a plus;
  • Ability to run exploratory calls, be an active listener, and handle objections and negotiations;
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays;
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Customer-centric mindset and a hunter mentality;
  • A coachable individual able to implement feedback;
  • Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively.
