About the Role

Sinclair is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive - Injectables to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing specialized sales activities and product demonstrations. Your primary goal will be to visit customers, present and demonstrate our products, address inquiries, and provide after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage new customers to increase sales revenue
  • Conduct customer visits to understand their needs and preferences
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with customers
  • Monitor and manage negotiations to ensure successful outcomes
  • Analyse and update customer profiles and records to inform sales strategies
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform system updates and manage sales reports to track sales performance
  • Complete daily visit reports and maintain spreadsheets to monitor sales progress
  • Track and monitor sales indicators to inform sales strategies
  • Plan visits and contacts with customers to achieve sales targets
  • Discuss strategy with superiors to align with company goals
  • Analyse customer potential and prioritize visits to maximize sales revenue
  • Guide customers through registration and develop and manage visiting itineraries
  • Achieve sales targets and update customer records to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in relevant meetings and visits to build relationships with customers
  • Promote products to customers by defining objectives and explaining them during visits
  • Differentiate and assist in choosing products to meet customer needs
  • Identify and address customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
  • Clarify technical and scientific product data to inform customer decisions
  • Promote company events and training to customers
  • Monitor after-sales customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct periodic visits and follow-ups post-training to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate product changes and address order-related queries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Verify product delivery times and check on defaulting customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Report on visits and after-sales activities to inform sales strategies
  • Contact internal areas of the company to request and manage promotional materials
  • Prepare and analyse reports and statistics to inform sales strategies
  • Suggest improvements to promotional and commercial processes to increase sales revenue
  • Report transactions and sales results to superiors to inform sales strategies
  • Investigate and report product delivery irregularities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in events to engage in sales techniques training and represent the company at fairs and conferences
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Management or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish
  • Knowledge of Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
