Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced supervisor to lead our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in supervising teams and managing multiple priorities. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team members to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the execution of all stages of the new hire process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results;
  • Distribute and monitor the workload, adjusting priorities as needed to meet business demands;
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing corrective action plans as necessary;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and solutions for critical issues;
  • Provide technical support to the team, particularly in exceptional cases, procedural or systemic inquiries;
  • Conduct operational meetings with the team, sharing best practices and ensuring standardized procedures;
  • Support the coordination of employee training and onboarding processes;
  • Identify and propose improvements to workflows, control systems, and operational reports;
  • Ensure proper use of process control tools and up-to-date data recording.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field;
  • Proven experience in admission processes and HR operation management;
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems and labor legislation;
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Documents, and Calendar;
  • Desirable: eSocial knowledge, integration with payroll and service request tools;
  • Differential: Spanish language proficiency.
