About the Role

Required qualifications include:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations and international accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
