Key Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the global market access strategy for Boehringer Ingelheim's cardiometabolic portfolio.

This includes co-creating the International Commercialization Plan, designing tools to facilitate value discussions at a local level, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective market access material execution.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute market access strategies to meet business objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Market Access topics within assigned therapeutic areas and brand teams
  • Establish close working relationships with colleagues in Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations, and corporate functions
  • Support local Market Access teams in rolling out and executing ICPs, developing projects for key customers, and engaging with payers, pricing, contracting, and tendering
  • Analyze campaign results and insights to inform customer journey improvements
  • Identify and map critical market stakeholders
  • Conduct thorough analysis of different business scenarios for assigned therapeutic areas
  • Collaborate in the implementation and development of tools and trainings for regional countries to support Market Access Strategy
  • Evaluate and generate HEOR and RWE value generation and demonstration activities and deliverables for Boehringer Ingelheim products
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Medicine, or related field
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Industry knowledge and commercial environment understanding
  • Able to understand customer and payer needs and develop win-win solutions
