**Job Description:**

The primary function of this role is to foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met through efficient and effective account management. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive organic growth through upselling and cross-selling activities, aligning with commercial objectives and customer requirements.
  • Owning customer governance structures for Sales Operations-related activities, including regular reporting and ownership of customer agreements.
  • Executing customer requests and day-to-day account activities to maintain and enhance customer relationships, providing input and managing action plans for department responsibilities.
  • Engaging with customers through face-to-face and remote interactions to support quote-to-order and organic growth-related requests and opportunities.
  • Managing commercial inventory and preparing customers for digital platform adoption to enhance customer experience.
  • Positioning Integration Services products to customers, recognizing new sales opportunities, and maintaining contractual service levels.
  • Aligning with account managers, engagement managers, and bid managers to decide on Go/no-go with Bid proposals.
  • Validating and signing off contractual elements against standard quote-to-bill process.
