The Resource Manager plays a crucial role in driving the resource allocation process within Connected Care Informatics. This involves ensuring that R&D resources with the right skills and experience are allocated to make our projects even more successful.

  • Manage resource allocations for R&D projects
  • Publish resource management KPIs and dashboard to enable informed decisions
  • Manage resourcing demand requests and project future demand projections
  • Create, maintain and execute a capability building plan
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reserve budget for specific projects if applicable
  2. Define how to track time and spend for each project
  3. Approve time writing and spend for each project
  4. Report on total budget and budget needs
  5. Analyze demand and resourcing data, provide solutions and problem-solving as needed
Requirements:
  • Project Management Experience is essential
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent change management skills, drive consensus, rally team together towards achieving targets
  • Excellent conflict management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both oral and written)
  • Understands HR policies
  • Understands project management and financial practices
  • Good people management skills
  • PMP certification is desired
