Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a skilled data professional to take on the role of Business Intelligence Analyst. This individual will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets and presenting them in a clear and concise manner.

The primary goal of this position is to help business colleagues make informed decisions by providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and query data sources to obtain the required information.
  • Cleanse and manipulate data into the desired format, creating datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
  • Present findings and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to data analysis tools, developing reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
  • Maintain and document the operational environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and relational data modeling.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.
  • Superior organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
  • Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).
  • Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).
  • Advanced English level.
