About the Role:
  • Collaborate closely with team members to analyze and resolve application issues.
  • Identify defects and discrepancies through meticulous code debugging or log analysis.
  • Manage incidents effectively, communicating with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders across various departments.
  • Elevate application stability and performance by observing patterns and advising on permanent fixes.
  • Develop automation strategies for health restoration using machine learning techniques and notify production discrepancies.
  • Identify automatable alerts and collaborate with the AppBank Engineering team to automate them.
  • Challenge existing application setups and suggest alternative problem-solving methods.
  • Participate in Change management processes to manage risk in the production environment.
  • Create comprehensive run books for generalists to minimize operational errors and improve efficiency.
  • Design reports to track and manage application health and support service performance statistics.
