- Identify, develop, and improve performance indicators that contribute to our sustainability goals.
- Perform market intelligence work by providing valuable insights to the account manager.
- Support specific accounts with technical and commercial tasks, focusing on quality, costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales activities related to new customer projects, promoting our sustainable energy solutions.
- Govern and support HUB customers with their projects, implementing new products and technologies while maintaining high standards.
- Act as a sales representative for internal projects, driving business growth and development.
- Deliver reports regarding field failures to internal partners, gathering material for decisions and reports to customers based on regional sales manager's decisions, and perform quality control.
- Support external vendors, fostering strong relationships and efficient communication.
- Back up Customer Service, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Obtain and prior analyze customer registration documents, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Execute order processing in ERP (Oracle), analyzing the order portfolio, and releasing orders for expedition.
- Provide telephone service to customers, delivering excellent positioning and support.
- Process administrative export orders, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Request collections together with carriers of invoiced orders, ensuring timely payment and resolving any issues.
- Prepare, analyze, and respond to sales quotation requests, showcasing our expertise and services.
- Update monthly control of commercial proposals for the product line, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Know and follow the company's mission, vision, values, policies, and objectives.
- Take responsibility and commit to a good work environment and achieving expected results.
- Meet standards, instructions, and procedures for management, quality, and safety at work.
- Maintain and conserve the company's assets under your responsibility.
- Keep your workplace clean and organized, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key qualifications include:
- Engineering background - studying or complete.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Basic knowledge in thermodynamics and/or heat exchanger equipment.
- Knowledge in customer support.
- English language advanced level.
