About the Job:This role is responsible for coordinating and managing project documentation, ensuring smooth operations, efficient workflow, and adherence to technical standards, regulations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project document deliverables;
- Oversee technical project components to align with project objectives and timelines;
- Facilitate communication between project teams and technical departments (EMEAA Region);
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including tracking systems and technical procedures;
- Review and approve technical documentation;
- Support the development of team members to execute technical documentation;
- Interface with client technical teams and 3rd party laboratories for activities that require testing;
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges;
- Improve efficiency and productivity;
- Provide technical support to team members and escalate concerns that may impact project performance;
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and forecasting costs relevant to the department;
- Maintain relevant project progress and report on key metrics;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
- Professional fluency in English;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Adaptability to changing priorities and environments;
