Job Description:

A Crisis Response Management Agent plays a crucial role in gathering and reporting real-time information on natural disasters or climatic catastrophes, both globally and regionally. This vital information is then communicated to clients to ensure users have access to detailed and timely data.

The individual will be a valued member of the Crisis Response Management team and collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time information on natural disasters or climatic catastrophes to facilitate effective communication
  • Obtain and classify data from various sources and tools for efficient dissemination
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and client interaction to convey critical information clearly
  • Work collaboratively within a team, showcasing initiative and responsibility to meet client expectations and processes

This role contributes significantly to enhancing public awareness of global and regional climatic or ecological events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess advanced oral and written English language skills, as well as relevant academic backgrounds in fields such as Political Science, Journalism, Communication, Media Management, Marketing, and related disciplines.

Initiative, responsibility, and openness to teamwork are essential qualities, accompanied by good communication skills and excellent client interaction. Technical proficiency or experience in the role is highly valued.

Desirable Skills:

Candidates with knowledge of meteorology, experience in gathering and reporting real-time information, ability to organize and classify data effectively, familiarity with client services and policies, and experience working with various sources and tools for information gathering are considered ideal.
