- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who deliver critical information and generate knowledge about global and regional climatic or ecological events.
Key Responsibilities
">- Obtain and classify data from various sources, news outlets, and tools to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
- Directly contribute to the dissemination of obtained information, enhancing public awareness of global and regional climatic or ecological events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for delivering timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
Requirements
">- 1-2 years of experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of managing KPIs, providing constructive feedback, and conducting one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Strong understanding of atmospheric sciences, political science, journalism, communication and media management, marketing, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Initiative, responsibility, and openness to collaborative work.
