Crisis Management Professional
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to provide critical support for one of our most valued clients. You will gather real-time information on global natural disasters or climatic catastrophes, reporting it to the client.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team responsible for collecting and disseminating information about global climatic or ecological events that impact people worldwide.
- Orientate yourself with various data sources, news outlets, or tools to organize and classify data effectively for communication.
- Directly contribute to the dissemination of obtained information to enhance public awareness of global and regional climatic or ecological events.
- Pursue your responsibilities based on the standards and processes established by the client.
- Familiarize yourself with the client's services and policies.
- 1-2 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Background in leading customer support teams, managing performance metrics, providing feedback, and conducting one-on-one interactions.
- Graduates in Atmospheric Sciences, Political Science, Journalism, Communication and Media Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Initiative, responsibility, and openness to teamwork.
- Effective communication skills and strong client interaction abilities.
- Mastery of Meteorology (not required).
- Experience in gathering and reporting real-time information.
- Ability to organize and classify data efficiently.
- Familiarity with the client's services and policies.
- Proficiency in working with various sources and tools for information collection.
