About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Ubiminds. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the test automation and manual testing efforts for our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a regression test suite in our automation framework, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our web applications and REST APIs.
  • Design and implement test automation for new features, as well as update existing automation to ensure alignment with changing product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring seamless integration with product development.
  • Provide feedback on product design and user experience, anticipating customer use cases and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in test automation, ensuring our testing strategies and architectural patterns remain effective and efficient.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a focus on manual or automated testing or a combination of both.
  • 4+ years of experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
  • 3+ years of experience using Selenium with Python for test automation.
  • Experience testing REST APIs and writing basic to intermediate SQL queries.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and report issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using AWS for test validations.
  • Experience with Pytest as a testing framework.
  • Understanding of data storage and retrieval solutions.
  • Load testing experience.
