About the Role

As a Sales Director for Financial Services and Diversified Markets, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth for TransUnion. This is a hybrid position that requires regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple sales teams, measured against roll-up of their teams' revenue plans.
  • Translate strategic objectives of sales organization and provide direction to staff toward achievement of revenue plans.
  • Interact with external clients, sales associates, and management.
  • Identify, define, address, and solve multi-dimensional issues including those affecting operations, solutions, technology, finance, associates, processes, and/or finances.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a strong talented team capable of achieving their revenue and business targets to ensure long-term growth for the business.
  • Partner with senior management in developing sales strategies for specific accounts in Financial Services and Diversified Markets industry.
  • Support the prioritized Solutions and regional initiatives and identify opportunities to ensure success for the team.
  • Identify opportunities for new market penetration or market expansion.
  • Target potential new clients and business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in managing associates/teams.
  • Responsible for human capital strategies & personnel decisions including hiring, development, training, role responsibility, performance, and annual increases.
  • Responsible for rollup of revenue, assisting & influencing the strategic goals.
  • Extensive sales experience & business development in Financial Services and Diversified Markets, including full utilization of solution selling, creativity in proposals, value proposition, closing the sale, lead generation, and prospecting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships based on deep knowledge of large and complex client business.
