Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development, conducting regular reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing updates on new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business results
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide timely updates on new products and services to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or related field
  • Strong language skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Competencies include effective team building, business analysis, client advocacy, relationship management, communication, data analysis, financial acumen, product knowledge, problem-solving
