
Regional Key Account Manager

Job Summary:
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet predefined customer acquisition targets in terms of the number of customers, customer types, and geographic locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and enhance order completion and sales performance.
- Engage in regular communication with customers to stay informed about evolving needs and adapt service strategies accordingly.
- Conduct market research and analyze regional industry trends, competitor market policies, and sales conditions to inform business decisions.
- Collect and organize relevant data, and provide regular findings and feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Excellent relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with key accounts.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with customers.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
