About the RoleAs an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Ticket Management: Receive, prioritize, and manage service desk tickets using industry-leading tools.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. You may guide users through problem-solving steps or escalate issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- User Support and Guidance: Provide direct support to users, helping them with system issues, access requests, password resets, and other general IT inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor service desk activity, including tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Advanced proficiency in customer service, technical expertise in laptop/desktop operations, MS Office, and cloud-based platforms is highly desirable. Familiarity with ServiceNow, MS Teams, and customer service principles is also advantageous.
